A beautiful and easy to wear cotton shirt dress by McArthur Ltd. Done in a gorgeous teal and aqua colorway. Buttons down half of center front with a hook and eye closure. 3/4 sleeves and a full skirt. Ease and elegance paired with anything from sandals to Keds!
